Johnsons Apparelmaster, part of the Johnson Service Group plc,  is the UK’s largest workwear and hygiene provider, we have over 40,000 customers ranging from FTSE 100 companies to small local businesses. We deliver garments to over 1 million people each week from a fleet of 250 vehicles which are on the road every day. From a national network of 17 service centres we have a combined sales and customer service team of 160 people out of a total workforce of over 2,000 employees.

Customer satisfaction is key to their success and for the 4th year running they have increased their overall customer satisfaction score to 81.3% in an independent market research survey where they not only outperformed major competitors but were placed in the top 33% of major UK blue chip organisations surveyed.
